Grandmother's Garden Fantasia Jean Cheely is a glass artist specializing in the Tiffany-style copper foil technique for stained glass panels and custom windows. She works to maximize the play of light using color, texture and shapes to display the beauty of the glass. Her studio includes a kiln where she fires glass to create decorative and functional pieces of art glass including vessels, art panels and components for her unique jewelry. She currently shows and sells her work at The Cary Gallery of Artists, Beyond Blue Interiors, Minata, and The North Carolina Museum of Art Shop. Cheely teaches at the Pullen Arts Center in Raleigh, NC. Her work was featured at Pullen Arts in the May 2007 exhibit.
