Meet our Juror:   Leatha Koefler

She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati, her Master’s degree from North Carolina State University; and postgraduate studies at Savannah College of Art and Design as well as The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
