Kathleen Dentinger:
I often work with additives to Acrylic Paint to create textures and surfaces to provide interest to my paintings.
You will see examples of sand, paper, shells, metal and pasta added to the paint.
Enjoy the reflection of the light on the surfaces.

Tom Terrell:
Using natural and synthetic materials, I try to explore shapes and constructs that are functional or whimsical, but preferably both. This show marks my 60th year of showing my art in public, and I am very happy to help kick off 2021 on a positive note!

Flora and Millefiori

Ginnie Parrish: Polymer Clay
I am drawn to the endless possibilities of intricate patterns, textures, and colors created using polymer clay. I create my polymer clay designs primarily using the millefiori technique by layering clay to form a tubular cane. The pattern or image within runs lengthwise through the cane so each cross section has the same design. I use my millefiori slices and other techniques as well as adding beads, charms, wire or other elements to create my unique polymer clay creations.

Lois Blasberg: Watercolors
I love color: dramatic, exaggerated, subtle, ephemeral, reflected - in all of its forms. Thus, it is no surprise that so often I draw my inspiration from flowers and all things nature. From the largest of trees to the details of the tiniest of flowers, I want to express the beauty I see in my watercolors.
